But this year's CSD on August 23, 2025, was special, as two shining stars of the German drag scene were present: comedy legend Gina Petrolia and newcomer Jolina Wings! Gina, who has been firmly established in the comedy drag genre since 2001, is a true veteran. Both are the first drag queens of the new project "Queens & Drag Kings on PrideMerch.de" – and they made CSD Bremen unforgettable with their energy and commitment to the LGBTIQ+ community.
Why Drag Queens Support CSD
For Gina Petrolia and Jolina Wings, participating in CSD is more than just a performance. It is a clear commitment to the visibility and rights of the LGBTIQ+ community.
