Ein historischer Tag: PrideMerch.de beim ersten CSD Rotenburg/Wümme

A historic day: PrideMerch.de at the first CSD Rotenburg/Wümme

A rainbow waves through Rotenburg for the first time – and we were there!

Yesterday was a very special day for the LGBTQIA+ community in Lower Saxony: The very first Christopher Street Day took place in Rotenburg an der Wümme! As PrideMerch.de By Team Behinderte, we were able to accompany this historic moment with our sales booth and be part of this important premiere.

History is Made

Yesterday, Rotenburg/Wümme joined the list of German cities that are sending a strong signal for diversity, acceptance, and equality with their own CSD. After larger cities like Bremen and Bremerhaven, the tranquil Rotenburg now also shows: Pride knows no city limits!

Our Newest Partner CSD

As our newest partner CSD, the collaboration with the CSD Rotenburg team is particularly important to us. Just like our successful appearances at CSD Bremen and CSD Bremerhaven 2025, our mission was at the forefront yesterday: Inclusion and Pride belong together!

Lively Atmosphere at the PrideMerch Booth

Our sales booth was a popular meeting point all day long. From rainbow accessories to Pride pins to our special inclusive designs – visitors showed great interest in our products. Particularly nice: Many took the opportunity to talk to us about the connection between disability and queer identity.

Living and Celebrating Inclusion

As Team Behinderte, it is important for us to show: People with disabilities are a natural part of the LGBTQIA+ community! Our booth was designed to be barrier-free, and as always, we made sure that all people feel welcome and represented.

A Thank You to Rotenburg

We would like to thank the CSD Rotenburg organizing team for the great cooperation and the trust in us as a partner. You put on a wonderful first CSD!

Also a big thank you to all visitors who stopped by our booth, bought something, chatted, or simply celebrated with us.

Outlook

The first CSD Rotenburg/Wümme was a complete success and we are proud to have been part of this historic event. We are already looking forward to next year and many more joint Pride events!

Stay colorful, stay inclusive, stay proud!
