Demisexuality means that a person only feels sexual attraction to another person once an emotional connection has been established.

The flag consists of three horizontal stripes: an upper white stripe and a lower gray stripe, each of equal width. The middle stripe is narrower and purple. On the left side, the stripes are covered by a black triangle.
